Robert Dellner

Robert studied Business and Marketing in Stockholm and Economics in London which was followed by Finance at the London Business School. He is also a qualified Clinical Psychotherapist and is currently doing his PHD with Trans4M in Integral Organisational & Business Development.

His career began within a corporate treasury function in Switzerland before moving into banking with Paribas Capital Markets in London where he became Fixed Income Sales Head of the Scandinavian and German regions.

This led him to become Fixed Income Markets Sales Head in Europe at Citigroup and subsequently returning to BNPParibas to run the High Yield Sales and Credit Research Team in Europe after which he became an independent consultant, working for firms such as Deutsche Bank, RBS, and Merrill Lynch, Bank of China among others dealing with technical internal development in areas such as Credit risk, Corporate Finance and Derivatives but also with organisational development in sales and culture.

He lately re-joined mainstream banking with Fortis Bank that subsequently merged to become BNPParibasFortis, at Fortis he was a Managing Director, globally responsible for the Client Solutions Group and member of the Executive Committee of the Corporate and Public bank. He is currently finishing a book on “Integral Impact Investments” or I³ to be published mid 2019.

Among other professional associations, He is a member of the International Bankers Association and the Society for Organisational Learning (SoL), CICM, IBE the BACP and the UKCP.

He has many interests outside of his professional life including his family of 3 children, his partner with 2 children. The practice of sport such as martial arts, tennis and he is an apiculturalist, gardener and pursues many forms of personal growth.
